After arriving on the scene, our team got down to business to determine the extent of the problem. Very often there can be various issues that can cause this kind of malfunction but our team determined that there were actually two serious problems. The first one was the rust and a bump on one side of the track and the other was the roller which was seriously damaged. When they started working on the entire system the first thing they did was to scrub the rust and then exchange the old rollers with the new. In the end, they used their equipment to straighten out the bent so that the customer can have a working garage door.
