Kept having an issue where the garage door got off track when opening. Would have to physically hold it to prevent it from happening, which isn’t safe.
Arriving at the customer’s residence we positioned the garage door on ladders and began repairing the bent track sections that were causing the rollers to pop out of the track. After checking the rollers, and replacing a few that got into bad shape, we lubricated all rollers and reinserted the garage door into the track. Opened and closed it a number of times to ensure smooth movement. The problem did not repeat.
