We have a checklist to work through when troubleshooting a malfunctioning opener system. This helps us to work out exactly where the fault was. When we tested the door to see whether it worked with the wall keypad, we discovered that it worked fine. The fault was with the remote control, so we opened it up to find out what was going on. In the end, we needed to replace the faulty remote, so we supplied a replacement unit and calibrated it to the correct frequency. This didn’t take long, and Mr. Palmer’s system worked perfectly again.
