Got a damaged part of the garage door track on the right side that is not allowing rollers to pass smoothly. Needs it repaired or replaced.
After examining the damage to the track we informed the customer replacement wouldn’t be necessary and we could simply repair the damage. We worked on straightening the bent track so it wouldn’t create a narrower passage for the rollers. After fixing it, we cleaned both tracks and lubricated the rollers, proceeding then to operate the garage door in the tracks a few times to ensure it moved with ease.
