Not able to operate the garage door opener, a LiftMaster model, without the door reversing when attempting to close.
Provided troubleshooting to find the source of the garage door opener problem. Safety sensors were misaligned but the problem persisted after realigning them. Checking the logicboard led to finding a damaged wiring issue as well. Reset garage door travel limit via the opener switch after replacing bad wiring. The problem was solved and the garage door opener could close the door again without running into issues.
