There was a really damaged track on a side of a garage door and our customer wasn’t sure if it should be replaced or repaired.
When Mr. Clark contacted us he said that there was something wrong with his garage door and that it wasn’t opening evenly on both sides. Our team inspected the malfunction and we explained to him that one of the tracks was damaged. Tracks hold the rollers and ensure that the door is opening and closing in the right way. He had two options that we presented, to fix the already damaged one or to install a completely new tack. He chose a new one because this new track will last much longer than the repaired one.
