Customer experienced breakage of both the garage door spring and one of the two lift cables on the door, leaving it in a very precarious position.
Arrived quickly as the customer had an emergency and needed urgent repairs. The garage door spring broke and two pieces were visible. Checking the cables, discovered one broke as well and second cable was frayed and in bad shape. Explained matters to the customer and proceeded to replace broken spring and cables, adjusting length and tension according to the garage door’s weight and size.
