Was asked to advise the customer on different garage door types for his home as he was interested in buying a new model with specific needs. Talked about wooden garage doors and steel ones, explained R-value and other aspects that must be considered. The customer chose a Clopay steel garage door model with a faux wood exterior and high insulation abilities. We returned to install the new garage door and ran a system check to ensure everything was good to go.
