Broken Spring Replacement In Essex Fells

Our Solution:

Brought a set of new springs to ensure one would fit the customer’s door. Checked the system to see if other things broke like the cables, tracks, etc. Didn’t find other breakage evidence so replaced the broken spring on the garage door. The system had a two extension spring set so replaced the second spring too at the customer’s approval as its condition was not ideal. Tested the door’s movement and lubricated pulleys and rollers for good measure.
