The garage door is reversing without a visible reason why. The customer suspects opener sensors are misaligned.
Upon arrival checked the garage door sensors and found the customer was correct. Reviewed the entire system just in case to see if other signs of damage were present. No additional problems were found. Replaced both garage door opener photo eye sensors as lenses showed cracks and wires had been slightly damaged. Calibrated garage door sensors and aligned them with each other so the beam will not be interrupted unless an obstacle was present. Performed safety tests on the garage door to ensure proper functions.
